These long-term relationships give the artisans the comfort of knowing that they have a secure livelihood. To ensure that all our products meet our customers’ quality expectations, we employ a team of quality control specialists in every country we work in. Having our quality control team near our producers allows us to oversee all aspects of the production process from time an order is received.
